How do you start working with clients?
We usually start with discovery calls, an initial audit and get to understand your needs. We do not usually charge at all at this stage. Later, we mutually arrive at a scope of service and budget to achieve your organisational goals.
What are your areas of expertise?
The four fields field of management accounting, data analysis, modern data-driven marketing and software engineering (project management) can blur. We can project manage teams of contractors or bring individual talent to bear.
Where are you based?
We use London as a hub but have experts dispersed throughout the world.
How can we contact you?
Please use our contact page to schedule a return call. We get numerous enquiries and this helps us reduce unnecessary communication with the wrong prospective clients.
Do you use video conferencing, technology etc ?
It depends.Some projects can be conducted purely face-to-face, some require a hybrid approach whereas others can be managed using modern project management tools so that they can be delivered 100% via virtual teams.
I understand your your team are mainly contractors, why?
The reasons vary. Sometimes a company needs a resource without the long-term liability of an employee. Often a project needs teams of people which a large organisation cannot quickly assemble. Speed of implementation is also a benefit to our clients.

What is your commercial property expertise?
Commercial property and real estate in general has been impacted significantly by data. We provide conventional services in terms of agency (acquisitions and disposals) and combine it with 'proptech' particularly, data analytics and digital marketing.
How are you different from most commercial property agencies?
In short, data and technology. We realized that commercial property is largely data-driven. In particular, we use data analytics to source and analyse deals as opposed to the haphazard methods conventional agencies use. Managing property portfolios often can involve data visualisations to reduce costs and improve the performance of assets.
What advantages are there to using you vs other agencies?
It is not mutually exclusive. We believe in our expertise so much that we actively encourage our clients to continue to use traditional/conventional agencies in addition to our services.
Are you just property consultants?
No. We combine related disciplines with credentialed expertise in areas such as data analysis, project management, financial analysis and digital marketing.
